ROC曲线评价CA153及CEA在三阴乳腺癌中的诊断价值
ROC evaluating diagnostic value of CA153 and CEA in triple negative breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CA153 and CEA in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) by ROC analysis.Methods 104 women with triple negative breast cancer were entered into the study as a triple negative group,510 with non-triple negative breast cancer a non-triple negative group,and 50 with breast benign tumor a control group.CA153 and CEA was detected by chemiluminescence immumoassay and their results of the three groups were compared.The diagnostic critical value of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) was evaluated by ROC analysis.Results The serum level of CA153 was significantly higher in the triple negative group than in the non-triple negative group and the control group (P＜0.05).The serum level of CEA was significantly higher in the triple negative group than in the control group(P＜0.05) but not than in the non-triple negative group (P＞0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve of only CA153 was 0.735,CEA 0.569,and both CA153 and CEA 0.795.Conclusions CA153 can be a diagnostic index of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).Combined detection of CA153 and CEA cannot increase the detection rate.We should find more useful tumor markers to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).关键词
