Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of complete mesocolic excision for colon cancer patients.Methods 68 colon cancer patients from our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(treated with traditional colon cancer radical prostatectomy) and an observation group(treated with complete mesocolic excision).The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaustion time,operation quality grade and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,and postoperative exhaustion time were significantly shorter,the bleeding volume was much less,and the operation quality grade was much higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Complete mesocolic excision has exact effect for colon cancer.It has a high operation quality grade and has no serious complications.关键词
