家具行业男性不育症的发病因素分析
Risk factors of male infertility in furniture industry
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors causing male infertility in furniture industry.Methods From March 2012 to April 2014,118 male infertility patients including 58 cases from furniture industry and 60 cases non-furniture industry,were chosen from our hospital as an observer group.60 male cases were chosen from the same period from our hospital's medical center as a control group.Then risk factors were analyzed,simultaneously sperm quality,inspected,and testosterone tested.The differences were compared.Results Significantly more ones occurred secondary infertility in the ones working in furniture than in non-furniture industry (x 2=6.15,P ＜0.01).Infertility closely correlated with exposing to risk factors.Testosterone levels positively correlated with work pressure and exposing to risk factors.Conclusions The incidence of male infertility in furniture industry closely correlated with working environment and working hours.Attention should be paid to this and occupational protection for male workers during reproductive period strengthened to reduce the impact of environmental factors on reproductive health.关键词
