新型敷料配合湿润烧伤膏在慢性肾衰竭患者Ⅱ期压疮的应用效果
Efficacy of new type dressing combined with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment in the treatment of chronic renal failure with stage Ⅱ bedsore

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of new type dressing combined with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of chronic renal failure with stage Ⅱ bedsore.Methods 80 cases of chronic renal failure with stage Ⅱ bedsore in department of nephrology of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with vaseline gauze dressing,while patients in observation group were treated with new type dressing combined with MEBO.Compared the clinical efficacy,wound healing time and VAS score after treatment of two groups.Results The treatment efficacy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (95.0％ vs.75.0％;P＜0.05).Wound healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group [(47.6±18.8)d vs.(54.9±21.7)d,P＜0.05].VAS score 7,14 days after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group [(6.9±1.8) vs.(7.5±1.9),(5.7±2.0) vs.(6.4±1.7);P＜0.05].Conclusion New type dressing combined with MEBO in the treatment of chronic renal failure with stage Ⅱ bedsore has a better efficacy,with shortened wound healing time and improved pain condition,worthy of clinical application.关键词
