不同型号头皮针对成年慢性病患者静脉输液效果的研究
The application of different types of scalp acupuncture in intravenous infusion for adult patients with chronic diseases

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of different types of scalp acupuncture in intravenous infusion for adult patients withchronic diseases.Methods 135 adult inpatients with chronic diseases (TB) in respiration medicine of our hospital were selected and divided into three groups according to the number of sickbed,No.1-15 sickbed as group A (#5.5 scalp acupuncture),No.16-30 sickbed as group B (#6.5 scalp acupuncture),No.31-45 sickbed as group C (#7.0 scalp acupuncture),3 patients on each sickbed were randomly selected as research objects.Pain degree was evaluated with Numerical Rating Scale (NRS),compared the effect of intravenous infusion among three groups.Results Venipuncture one-time success rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group C,the rate of pain was significantly lower than that in group B,C,the rates of mild and moderate pain were significantly lower than those in group C,the rate of passive congestion around the puncture site was significantly lower than that in group B,C,healing time of puncture site was significantly shorter than that in group B,C,the rate of compliance was significantly higher than that in group B,C.Infusion rate in group B,C was significantly higher than that in group A,the rate of pain in group B was significantly lower than that in group C.There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of phlebitis among three groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion In the condition of meeting infusion rate,patients should choose #5.5 scalp acupuncture,which can improve venipuncture one-time success rate,relieve pain and vascular damage,and shorten healing time of puncture site.关键词
