摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation of the organism humoral immune function situation and the changes of serum IFN-γ and TNF-α with the clinical prognosis in HBV patients.Methods Scattering nephelometry was used to detect the serum levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,and C4 in 352 HBV patients.The level sof serum IFN-γ and TNF-α were detected by ELISA.82 healthy subjects were chosen as controls.Results The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM of the patients with different DNA capacities,acute or subacute liver failure,or chronic HBV infection HBV were higher than those of the controls (P<0.05) while the serum levels of C3 and C4 were lower than those of the controls (P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,and C4 of the patients with acute self-limited HBV or occult HBV were not statistically different from those of the controls (P>0.05).After IFN-α treatment for six months,the HBc-IgM positive HBV patients'C3 and C4 levels were significantly increased.IgG,IgA,and IgM levels were getting normal,and the HBV-DNA negative rate was 37.5%,with no statistical difference from basic treatment (P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with HBV have the disorder of humoral immunity.Humoral immune function situation correlates with the clinical prognosis of patients with HBV.Detecting Humoral immune function plays an important role in HBV patients' diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis.
