慢性心力衰竭与白细胞介素-17及白细胞介素-10的相关性研究
Correlation between chronic heart failure and levels of IL-17 and IL-10

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between chronic heart failure and the levels of IL-17 and IL-10.Methods The levels of IL-17 and IL-10 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 37 patients with chronic heart failure (chronic heart failure group) and 34 normal controls(control group).The correlation between chronic heart failure and the levels of IL-17 and IL-10.Results The level of IL-17 was higher and the level of IL-10 was lower in the chronic heart failure group than that in the control group[(46.37±10.57)ng/L vs.(32.45±4.55) ng/L,t=7.09,P＜0.01;(27.49±4.19)ng/L vs.(32.71±4.38)ng/L,t=5.46,P＜0.01],with statistical differences.There was negative correlation between IL-17 and IL-10 in patients with chronic heart failure (r=-0.63.P＜0.01).Conclusions The pathogenesis of chronic heart failure may relate to the imbalance of IL-17and IL-10.关键词
