影响超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈准确度的相关因素探讨研究
Factors affecting accuracy of ultrasound for diagnosing umbilical cord around the neck
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the factors affecting the accuracy of ultrasound for diagnosing umbilical cord around the neck.Methods 880 pregnant women were routinely and prenatally checked with ultrasound.The results of normal childbirth were compared with those of cesarean section.Results The positive coincidence rate of ultrasound was 88.0％,the negative coincidence rate 92.9％,and the total coincidence rate 91.6％.Ultrasound diagnosis was difficult to decide the number of turns of umbilical cord around the neck for more than 3 weeks.Fetal position,puerpera childbirth,time between ultrasound detections,and gestational weeks affected the accuracy of ultrasound for diagnosing fetal umbilical cord around the neck.The diagnostic accuracy was 95.6％ in the patients undergoing quality control and was 85.4％ in the patients not unergoing quality control.Conclusions The various influencing factors in ultrasound detection should be paid enough attention.These fatctors should be fully considered to incarease the diagnosis accuracy.关键词
