高弹力无纺布衬垫在气压止血带中的应用效果
Application of elastic nonwoven fabric liners in pneumatic tourniquets

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying elastic nonwoven fabric liners in pneumatic tourniquet.Methods 80 patients with fracture of extremity were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group used ordinary bandages as the liners of pneumatic tourniquets and as for the experimental group,the limbs of the patients were directly covered with elastic nonwoven fabric liners and then were wrapped with pneumatic tourniquets.The clinical application effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.5％ in the experimental group and was 90.0％ in the control group.The satisfaction rate of surgical haemostatic effect using elastic nonwoven fabric liners was 95.0％ in the experimental group and was 85.0％ in the control group.The skin reaction rate was 2.5％ in experimental group and was 10.0％ in the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions Pneumatic tourniquets are widely used in the operations of fracture of extremity.It has high elasticity but has no indentation,wrinkles,slipping or loosening.Elastic nonwoven fabric liners are more effective than ordinary bandages and worth being generalized.关键词
