Abstract
Objective To study clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis combined with human papilloma virus (HPV) infection.Methods 30 cases of cervicitis combined with HPV infection in outpatient of our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different methods of vaginal drug usage.Treatment group received Baofukang suppository vaginal medication,while control group received interferon suppository vagina medication.Compared clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3％,better than 73.3％ of control group,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 6.7％,lower than 33.3％ of control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (x2=14.10,21.01;P＜0.05).There was statistically significant difference in RLU/CO value of HPV detection between two groups after treatment (t=2.08,P＜0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis combined with HPV infection has obvious clinical effect,can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
