新生儿重症监护病房早产儿院内感染分析与管理措施
Analysis of nosocomial infection in preterm children in NICU and management measures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate risk factors of nosocomial infection in preterm children in NICU and put forward corresponding management measures.Methods 50 preterm children with nosocomial infection in NICU of our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were randomly selected,retrospectively analyzed their clinical data,understood pathogen distribution.50 preterm children without nosocomial infection in NICU of our hospital during the same period were selected,analyzed risk factors of nosocomial infection.Results Respiratory tract infection accounted for 42％.In isolated pathogenic strains,gramnegative bacteria accounted for 62.32％,gram-positive bacteria accounted for 21.74％.Risk factors of nosocomial infection in preterm children mainly were low body weight,short gestational age,mechanical ventilation and parenteral nutrition.Conclusion There are many risk factors of nosocomial infection in preterm children in NICU.We should strengthen monitoring and management,take reasonable and effective measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.关键词
