Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and outcome of A- T flap in reconstruction of medium sized skin defects in the face. Methods We designed line of DE in A- T skin flap was arranged on the nature contour line.The focus was arranged in the triangle ABC, and pushed the flap ABD and ACE toward the wound.Then close the wound. The shape of A- T skin flaps looks like T-shaped appearance. Results All flaps survived with primary healing postoperatively. With a follow-up ranging from 3- 16 months, scars were camouflaged into natural skin tension line, and there is no"dog ear" formation. Var ious organs are not distorted facial deformity and shift. Conclusion The A- T skin flaps may be a reliable and ideal method for the reconstruction of medium sized skin defects in the face.关键词
