自体表皮细胞悬液促进大鼠Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合效果研究
Full-thickness burns of rats were healed with improved autologous epidermal cell suspension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the mechanism of improved epidermal cell suspension to treat full- thickness degree burns. Methods Epidermal cell suspension was made with an improved method. The cure rate and quality after epidermal cell being injected were evaluated in rats with full-thickness degree burns. 30 rats were divided into control and therapy groups. Each group includes 15 rats. Results It took one hour to acquire epidermal cell suspension. Cure rate of therapy group at 2 and 3 weeks was significantly higher than that of control group( <0.01,<0.05). The quality of skin in therapy group was also significantly better than that of control group at 4 weeks ( <0.05). Conclusion It is a simple, easy and economical way to acquire epidermal cell suspension. Full-thickness burns of rats could be healed with it.关键词
