普萘洛尔治疗新疆地区婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效观察
The Efficacy of haemangioma treated with propranolol in Xinjiang Region
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of systemic propranolol in the treatment infantile hemangiomas of xinjiang area. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014, A total of 42 infantile hemangiomas of patient (10 males and 32 females) in Maxillofacial Surgery the first hospital of xinjiang Medical University aged 1- 14 m of hemangioma were treated with propranolol at the dosage of Half an hour after the meal (0.5mg/kg/d for the patients aged ≤3m, and 1 mg/kg/d for the patient aged 3- 6m, And 2mg/kg for the patients aged ≥6m). every 1month,3month,6month,9month and 12month the changes of tumor size.texture and color were monitored and recorded at a regular interval.The adverse effects after medication were observed and managed accordingly.The short-term results were evaluated using a Achauer point scale system. Results All of the 42 patient follow up for 12months, the overall response was Scale I in 3patient,Scale II in 16,Scale III in 13patient,and Scale IV in 10.No serious adverse effect were observed in all cases.There was no statistically significant between sex, race, tumor location ,the various type of hemangiomas and treatment efficacy ( P>0.05). There was significantly different in PSV before(46.4±26.87cm/s)and after(17.67±8.05cm/s)treatment for 42 patients( P<0.05);There was significantly different in RI before(0.54±0.12) and after (0.82±0.15)treatment for 42 patients ( P<0.05);No serious adverse effect were seen. Conclusion Oral propranolol is effective for treament of infantile hemangiomas had minor side effect.关键词
