3种糊剂治疗感染性畸形中央尖的疗效探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the infective deformed central point application three different paste the clinical effect of treatment. Methods 150 cases (161) infectious deformity the central point of dental patients were randomly divided into three groups by random number table,each group of 50 cases. For those treated with calcium hydroxide paste in group A (54 of teeth),for those treated with antibiotic cataplasm group B (55 with teeth),to accept the Vitapex paste treatment for group C (52 with teeth). Compared with three groups of infection situation and total effective rate of infection treatment. Results The swelling subsided after treatment, normal chewing function and periodontal disease is disappearing time for group B was (4.22±1.15)d,(7.11±1.62)d and (8.12±2.17)d, for group C was (4.16±1.11)d,(6.92±1.06)d and(8.15±2.11)d,were lower than that of group A(7.25±2.16)d,(9.26±2.71)d and(10.16±3.25)d ( P<0.05),while group B and group C was no statistical difference ( P>0.05). At the same time, group B and group C infection treatment is obviously better than the total effective rate were 88.00% and 88.00% 64.00% of the group A ( P<0.05), group B and group C was no statistical difference ( P>0.05).1 year follow- up at the same time,the incidence of dental caries group B and C group was obviously lower in group A ( P<0.05). Conclusion antibiotic cataplasm and Vitapex paste infectious deformity can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect of teeth,and can decrease the incidence of dental caries.关键词
