摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of conservative prosthetics of elderly molar residual roots and crowns by split post crown. Methods 67 elderly molar residual roots and crowns were repaired by Split post crown,the treatment effect was observed for 1- 5 year. Results 65 cases in 67 cases were succeed,one case was extractioned after root fracture,one case’s loosened was relieved by occlusal adjustment. Conclusion The applicaion of proathetics by split post crown is a good method to improve the1canservative ratr of elderly molar residual roots.关键词
