Treating 1113 axillary osmidrosis cases by excision subdermal apocrine gland via a mini-incision

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of excision subdermal apocrine with multiple tissue scissors for treating axillary osmidrosis. Methods From Dec 2012 to Nov 2013,1 113 bilateral axillary osmidrosis patients were treated with excision of axillary apocrine beyond the area of axillary hair 1cm via axillary hair posterior edge transverse incision,wiped out subdermal tissues and apocrine.The operative area was given a pressuring dressing and a fixation by bandage. Results Odors elimination effect was good in 1 113 axillary osmidrosis cases.The markedly improved in 1 108 cases (99.55%),improved in 5 (0.45%). In the group,wound healing after the operation was good in 1093 cases (98.20%), moderate in 20 (1.80%). Conclusions It is good surgical method to excision subdermal apocrine gland via a mini- incision for treating axillary osmidrosis.关键词
