Abstract
Objective To investigate the operation application of under eyebrow incision associate with the orbicularis oculi muscle slinging in the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation. Methods From 2011 to 2013, 56 cases (112 eyes) of upper eyelid skin relaxation were treated by the under eyebrow incision associate with the orbicularis oculi muscle slinging. Results 56 cases (112 eyes) acquired the postoperative healing. Followed- up of the 3- 6 months after surgery,both the form of eyebrow and eye were good and satisfactory. Conclusion The under eyebrow incision associate with the orbicularis oculi muscle slinging in the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation,simple operation, the curative effect was reliable,the scar wais hidden, the form of eyebrow and vision were improved,and can obtain satisfactory cosmetic effect.关键词
