摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the treatment and prognostic factors of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP). Methods We retrospective analyze 25 patients with DFSP confirmed by pathology .All patients were given surgery first and fast frozen sectin eximination were performed during operationand ,then followed by post- opreation radiotherapy. Results The wound of 25 cases of patients healed well.After a five- year period of follow up,21 patients were cured and only four cases were relapsed. Conclusion The key to cure dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is the early diagnosis and early treatment.The extensive resection is the main treatment and followed by radiation therapy for auxiliary treatment.关键词
