Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of calcipotriol ointment combining with momestasone furoate ointment on neurodermatitis. Methods The 72 cases of neurodermatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group (35 cases) was treated topically with calcipotriol ointment combining with momestasone furoate ointment once daily. The control group (37cases) was topically using momestasone furoate ointment once daily.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks. Results After four weeks, the total effective rate of treatment group was 82.9%,which was significantly higher than that of control group (51.4)with statistically significance ( P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group were 8.6% and 2.7%respectively.The difference wasn't statistically significant ( P>0.05). Conclusion Calcipotriol ointment combining with momestasone furoate ointment is effective and safe for the treatment of neurodermatitis.关键词
