Abstract
Objective To observe the effective and safety of the combination therapy of 1 450nm diode laser and intended pulse light in moderate acne. Methods 160 patients with moderate acen were divided into the experimental group and the control group in accordance with the treatment order with 80 patients in each group.In the control group were treated with 1 450nm diode laser. In the experimental group were the combination therapy of 1450nm diode laser and intended pulse light. Results The effective rate and satisfaction in the experimental group were 95.00% and 82.50% after four tims.The effective rate and satisfaction in the control group were 82.50% and 68.75% after four tims.The experimental group of effective rate and satisfaction was higer than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of 1 450nm diode laser and intended pulse light in the moderate acne is a safe and effective method for treatment of moderate acen.关键词
