摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity secondary repair clinical effect. Methods Development of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity secondary to clinical classification score, the classification (divided into mild,moderate and severe) based on the degree of nasal deformity score,were given different surgical methods and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 20 patients. Results Different degrees of nasal deformity in this group of 20 patients with deformities of cleft lip surgery to take individual way,no postoperative nose skin necrosis healed. After the collapse of the nose,nose shape, short columella and septum were improved ventilation,etc.,the treatment rate of 100% fine. Conclusion Unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity secondary to a different, individualized approach to repair, restoration can achieve better results.关键词
