摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of muscle reconstruction in secondary repair of the unilateral cleft lip. Methods The straight line,curve line,or"T"shape skin incision was designed,and the skin was incised.The orbicularis oris muscle was dissected and overlapping mattress sutures. Results Satisfactory results were achieved in all 52 patients with this method,and followed up for 3 months to 12 months. Conclusion The reconstruction of orbicularis oris muscle is important to ensure therapeutic effect in patients with secondary deformities of unilateral cleft lip.关键词
