Abstract
Objective Through clinical analysis of four first premolars which were pulled out by using without braces stealth rectification and fixed appliance,we discussed the advantage of without braces stealth rectification technology. Methods Choose 90 cases who have pulled out four first premolars in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014, randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group was treated with fixed appliance, observation group was treated with without braces stealth rectification appliance,compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results All 90 patients achieved teeth arranged neatly and effectively shut down the tooth clearance. Observation group in the evaluation of efficiency was slightly higher than the control group, but the two groups were not significant difference. Observation group was obviously higher than that of control group on the satisfaction degree of the appearance, comfortable and convenient,there is a significant difference. Conclusion Fixed appliance and without braces stealth rectification device for removal of four first premolars to correct crowded can form a remarkable effect, but the performance of without the braces stealth rectification device was not only beautiful and easy, but also greatly reduced the labor intensity of the doctors, so without braces stealth rectification device has larger advantage than the fixed appliance apparatus in pulling out four first molars to correct crowded.关键词
