Abstract
Objective To investigate life quality of patients with vitiligo by using DLQI,to evaluate the influences of vitiligo on patients' living quality. Methods This research will assess the influences of vitilgo on patients' life quality by using the Chinese version of DLQI. Results The average score of DLQI was 7.80±5.30, the minimum score was 0 and the maximumis 20;living quality for 42.86%of patients have a little influence;28.57%of patients have moderate influence,and 25.51%of patients have siginificant influence.And the clinical types and stages properly influence patients' living quality;there was a positive correlation between DLQI scores and areas. Conclusion Vitiligo is a common disease that can affect patients' quality of life,so the treatment and psychotherapy should be performed timely.关键词
