摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on facial acne scar treated by fractional Er laser and kangfuxin solution; Methods 45cases of facial acne scar patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was applied kangfuxin solution wet and sprayed fibroblast growth factor after fractional Er laser treatment , the control group was only applied sprayed fibroblast growth factor after fractional Er laser treatment. Results After 3 courses of treatment, two groups were all improved with an efficiency of 100.In the observation group,the average healing time was 5.1 days,and the average healing time of the control group was 7.6 days,there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Associated with kangfuxin solution can not improve the therapeutic effect of fractional Er laser treatment on facial acne scar,but shortening the average healing time of the observation group,and reducing the side effects of laser treatment markedly.关键词
