摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with self-adhesive silicone scar reducer in the treatment of facial acne scar. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by CO2 fractional laser combined with self-adhesive silicone scar reducer.The control group was only treated by CO2 fractional laser.The clinical effect and side effects were observed after five courses of treatment. Results In the treatment group,the effective rate was 86.25%, the recurrence rate was 5.00%.In the control group,the effective rate was 71.25%, the recurrence rate was 12.50%.The results had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with self-adhesive silicone scar reducer in the treatment of facial acne scar is prominent,with low recurrence rate.关键词
