Abstract
Objective To observe comparison all porcelain crown,metal porcelain crowns in the application of dental restoration effect, provide a reference for clinical late repair teeth. Methods Select in May 2012 to October 2013 hospital during the period of 120 patients with routine dental crown and bridge repair as the research object, according to the different repair materials will be divided into observation group and control group patients,two groups of 60 cases each. Control group patients for,related to ceramometal crown restoration group for all porcelain crown restoration. The general situation of the two groups after repair were observed and compared. Results Observation group and control group in the teeth after repair of the clinical total effective rate, 1 year follow-up (tooth neck edge black line, crown bridge crack/break and gingival index).It had all have statistically significant differences,P<0.05. Conclusion The metal porcelain crowns, porcelain crown has good effect in the teeth to repair. But the whole porcelain tooth gum damage is small, and realistic appearance, has a beautiful sex.关键词
