Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effectiveness of our treatment and nursing care of the vascular complications after facial injection and filling of the hyaluronic acid. Methods 21 patients with the vascular complications accompanied by facial injection and filling of hyaluronic acid were enrolled and treated with 'Five in One' therapy and corresponding nursing care. The therapeutic effects were observed and evaluated. Results The 'Five in One' therapy and the related nursing care were highly effective and in most of the cases (14'in 21), except in 6 cases with nasal necrosis transferred from other hospital and in 1 case with a blind right eye before registration in our hospital. Most of the patients also satisfied with our treatment. Conclusion The 'Five in One' treatment and corresponding nursing care was therapeutic effective to vascular complications followed by facial injection and filling of hyaluronic acid. Timely application of this treatment could reduce the occurrence of the complications and satisfy the patients' expectation.关键词
