Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of valacyclovir plus UVA and UVB for treatment of her⁃pes zoster and its nursing measures,and to sum up the nursing measures. Methods 128 patients with herpes zoster were included in the study,of which the control group of 64 patients was treated with vala⁃cyclovir,while the observation group of 64 patients was treated with valaciclovir tablets combined with ultraviolet radiation therapy.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.63%,significantly higher than that of control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05),stop blistering time, crusting time, pain and time recovery time and other indicators in observation group of patients were (1.9 ± 0.8)d,(3.2 ± 1.4)d,(4.9 ± 1.1)d,(8.3 ± 2.2)d were significantly better than those of control group,and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Oral valacy⁃clovir combined with ultraviolet treatment of herpes zoster has a very significant effect,can effectively al⁃leviate the clinical symptoms,promote early recovery of the patient, worthy of clinical application.关键词
