Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of temporal fascial flap on repairing large facial soft tissue defect and depression. Methods Temporal fascial flap pedicled with temporal superficial vessels was designed,harvested and transferred,to repair the facial soft tissue defect and depression,com⁃bined with bone graft or full-thickness free skin graft in 8 cases. Results In 8 cases,the temporal fas⁃cial flaps suviced well,and satisfactory results were harvested. Conclusions The temporal fascial flap is more convenient,effective and reliable for repairing large facial soft tissue defects.The method of temporal fascial flap combined with bone graft or full-thiciness free skin graft could obtain the satis⁃factory results.关键词
