Abstract
Objective To analysis the application effect of outer canthoplasty in the treatment of congen⁃italr blepharophimosis syndrome. Methods 58 cases with congenital blepharophimosis syndrome were given conventional surgery and the added outer canthoplasty respectively, strabismus rate,eye fissure width, negative emotions scores were compared after the treatment. Results The average eye fissure width of the experimental group (10.35 ± 0.47) was significantly high than the control group,the strabismus rate (3.45%), HAMD (15.34±2.12) and HAMA (13.46±1.35) were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Outer canthoplasty can effectively reduce the incidence of stra⁃bismus in patients with blepharophimosis syndrome strabismus after surgery and increase the eye fis⁃sure width, and reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve their quality of life.关键词
