摘要
Abstract
Objective The present article observes the result of bone grafting with bovine bone complex, illustrating the result with the report of 15 clinical cases of unilateral alveolar cleft. Methods Bone graft with bovine bone complex was performed in 15 patients with unilateral alveolar cleft.Each patient took radiogram and three dimensional CT reconstruction before and after surgery,comparing the difference to judge curative effect. Results The 15 patients were all cured and discharged from hospital without infection bone exposure and obvious rejection.All patients achieve the expected effect of surgery,which includes a favorable shape correction effect and the obvious lifting of the nasal ala,the basal and the lip of the affected side of the patients.After 1 months and 4 months,X-ray showed obvious new bone formation. Conclusion Using bovine bone complex repair of alveolar cleft,after that All patients achieve the well effect of surgery, reducing surgical trauma of autologous bone bringing to the patient, reducing the operation pain of patients, and reducing the medical cost of patients.关键词
