冷循环射频消融术治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe and discuss the therapeutic effect of cold cycle radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods 40 patients admitted into our hospital from July,2011 to June,2014 and diagnosed with colorectal cancer and liver metastases by the pathological and imaging examination were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The liver metastases in the treatment group were treated with cold cycle radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of CT or B ultrasound 1-2 times.The liver metastases in control group were treated with systemic palliative chemotherapy for 2 cycles according to the related pathological conditions.Tumor size of all patients were measured by B-ultrasound and CT and set as the effect evaluation index.4 weeks after the treatment,the patients were re-checked to evaluate the effect.The efficiency,disease control rate,short-and long-term efficacy,and incidence of toxicity were compared between these two groups.Results All 40 patients completed 2 or more cycles of treatment.There were 20 cases in treatment group;among which 2 cases got complete remission,9 partial remission,and 5 got stable 4 weeks after the treatment.The total effective rate was 55％ and the disease control rate was 80％ in the treatment group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (35％ and 55％).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Cold cycle radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of CT or B ultrasound in the treatment of liver metastases in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer is safe,reliable,clinically effective,worth being clinically generalized.关键词
