F18-FDG PET/CT显像在空回肠淋巴瘤诊断中的价值
F18-FDG PET/CT imaging in diagnosis of Jejunum and ileum lymphoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of F 18-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosisof jejunum and ileum lymphoma.Methods 42 patients found with jejunum and ileum tumor by CT or endoscope in recent 9 years at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.F18-FDG PET/CT imaging was carried out in all the patients.The imaging results were compared with the postoperative pathological results.Then the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of F 18-FDG PET/CT imaging for jejunum and ileum tumor were discussed.Results Among the 42 cases,38 were diagnosed with jejunum and ileum lymphoma by F18-FDG PET/CT imaging whose postoperative pathological results showed that 34 got lymphoma,1 jejunum adenocarcinoma,2 ileum malignant stromal tumor,and 1 acute ileum ulcerative disease.4 were diagnosed with benign lesion by F18-FDG PET/CT imaging;among which,2 were benign stromal tumor,1 Crohn's disease,and 1 lymphoma.The accuracy was 88.09％,the sensitivity 97.14％,and the specificity 75.00％.Conclusions F18-FDG PET/CT imaging shows relatively higher accuracy and sensitivity than simple CT scan for small intestinal lymphoma,so it has important clinical significance.关键词
