摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between neonatal lenticulostriate vasculopathy and the neurological outcome of neonatal asphyxia.Methods 180 neonates with asphyxia admitted into Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from January,2014 and December,2014 were collected.The brain ultrasound scans of lenticulostriate artery were performed.The clinical data and results of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment were researched.10 cases complicated with lenticulostriate vasculopathy found by ultrasound were assigned to an experimental group and other 10 cases without lenticulostriate vasculopathy a control group.The results of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) score were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results 8 cases did not pass the NBNA score in the experimental group and only 3 in the control group.The neonatal behavioral neurological assessment score was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Lenticulostriate vasculopathy correlates with lower NBNA score and maybe a possible indicator for neonatal asphyxia sequelae.关键词
