小儿肺炎支原体肺炎119例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 119 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children.Method Clinical data of 119 cases of MPP in our hospital from January to December 2014 was retrospectively analyzed.Results MPP in children was characterized by fever,cough and wheezing,wheezing mainly infected in infant.X-ray test presented as the characteristic of bronchopneumonia.In blood routine examination,white blood cells,absolute neutrophil count,absolute lymphocyte count were normal,absolute monocyte count increased or was normal.Spectrum of myocardial enzymes partly increased.Conclusions Different ages of MPP showed different clinical manifestations,the pathogenetic conditions of infant were more serious.The laboratory examination showed no specificity,X-ray test changed obviously.The curative effect of Azithromycin for MPP was significant and safe.关键词
