含与不含朱砂的清泻丸解热作用及急性毒性的实验研究
Experimental Studies on the Antipyretic Effects and Acute Toxicity of Qingxie Pills With and Without Cinnabar
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Phannacodynamic experiments were performed to compare the antipyretic effects of Qingxie pills with and without Zhusha (cinnabar) on mice,and their acute toxicity,so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical use of this medicine.Method:The antipyretic effects of Qingxie pills with and without cinnabar were tested in rats with dry yeast-induced fever;its clinical safety was tested through acute toxicity assay.Results:Qingxie pills with and without cinnabar can restrain the body temperature of rats 8 to 10 hours after onset of dry yeast-induced fever,and no statistically significant difference was detected between the two groups (P＞0.05);the maximum tolerated doses of Qingxie pills with and without cinnabar were 21.6 g/kg and 21.4 g/kg,which is about 140 times of the clinical dose for adults.Conclusion:The antipyretic effects of Qingxie pills with and without cinnabar are similar,and both are safe for clinical use.关键词
