摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and linarin in Yejuhua Shuan.Method:Agilent XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used,the mobile phase was CH3OH-H2O-HAc,gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelenghth was 334 mn,and the column pemprature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear relationship of chlorogenic acid and linarin were in the ranges of 4.32~103.7,12.64~303.4 μg/mL;the average recovery of chlorogenic acid and linarin 100.2%,99.5%,with RSD were 1.9%,1.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is accurate,rapid,and can be used for determination of chlorogenic acid and linarin in Yejuhua Shuan,and to improve the quality standards.关键词
