Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cerebral infarction sequela.Method:The 86 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae were randomly divided into 2 groups,43 cases in treatment group were treated with TCM decoction for activating blood circulation and rehabilitation physiotherapy,while the 43 cases in control group were only cured with rehabilitation therapy.The indexes of cerebral blood flow dynamics in two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of blood viscosity in observation group after treatment were significandy lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the blood velocity and blood tlow of vertebral artery after treatment in observation group were obviously higher than control group (P＜0.05);the cerebral vascular elasticity,smooth and its adjustment function after treatment in observation group were evidently better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation Therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction can improve the sequelae of cerebral infarction's cerebral vascular function,reduce the blood viscosity and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
