中药泡足与穴位按摩对产后宫缩痛临床疗效的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) footbath and acupressure in relieving postpartum uterine contraction pain.Methods 200 puerperants after vaginal delivery in 2013 were involved in this study and randomly divided into four groups with 50 cases in each group.TCM footbath group was given footbath with hot water which contained mugwort and Tinospora sinensis Merr;acupressure group was given acupressure at the points of Sanyinjiao,Tsusanli and Xuehai;TCM footbath + acupressure group was given interventions listed above;control group was given basic care such as changing of position,hot compress or massage on abdomen.Assessed the intensity of pain from the first day to the third day after delivery with visual analog scale (VAS).Result VAS score on the first day after delivery of TCM footbath group,acupressure group and TCM footbath + acupressure group were significantly lower than that of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM footbath,acupressure or their combination can effectively relieve uterine contraction pain after delivery,improve comfort degree and promote rehabilitation of puerperants.关键词
