Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil for patientcontrolled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after breast cancer surgery.Methods 60 breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group.30 min before the end of the operation,0.1μg/kg sufentanil was injected by intravenous.PCIA was carried out 48 h after operation,0.5 mg/kg dezocine + lμg/kg sufentanil in group A,and 2.0μg/kg sufentanil in group B.Drugs were diluted to 100 ml by adding normal saline,continuous dose with 2 ml/h,and PICA dose with 0.5 ml/time.Observed and recorded patients' visual analogue scale (VAS) and Ramsay sedation score 2,4,12,24,48 h after operation (T1-5) and adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,itching,respiratory depression.Results There were no statistically significant differences in VAS score and Ramsay sedation score at each time point between two groups (P＞0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in group A was less than that in group B (P＜0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with sufentanil for PCIA in modified radical mastectomy has good analgesia effect,with fewer adverse reactions,which can reduce the dosage of sufentanil,worthy of clinical application.关键词
