Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of therapeutic communication on negative emotions and image quality of patients undergoing head CT angiography (CTA).Methods 84 patients undergoing head CTA from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.Control group underwent routine inspection,and observation group underwent therapeutic communication on the basis of control group.The check compliance,complications,nurse-patient disputes,image quality score,negative emotions,satisfaction score of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,HAMA score and HAMD score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05),the quality score and satisfaction score were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05),indagation time was shorter than that of control group (P＜0.05),the compliance rate was higher than that of control group (P＜0.05),the rates of complications and nurse-patient disputes were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic communication can effectively improve negative emotions,the check compliance and image quality in patients undergoing head CTA.关键词
