立体导航系统在手术治疗椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤中的应用
The application of three-dimensional navigation system assisted surgery technology on treatment of spinal intra-dural extramedullary tumors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of three-dimensional navigation system assisted surgery technology on treatment of spinal intradural extramedullary tumors.Methods Clinical data of 41 patients with spinal in-tradural extramedullary tumors, who underwent the three -dimensional navigation system assisted surgery ( navigation group, n=20 ) or non-navigation system assisted surgery ( non-navigation group, n=21 ) , were retrospectively re-viewed.The operation situation, short-term clinical efficacy and long-term clinical efficacy were compared.Results Compared with non-navigation group, shorter operative time and hospital stay, less blood loss, and superior short-term clinical efficacy were observed in navigation group.However, the long-term clinical efficacy showed no statistically sig-nificant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Three-dimensional navigation system assisted surgery on treat-ment of spinal intradural extramedullary tumors provides shorter operative time and hospital stay, less intraoperative blood loss, and more superior short-term clinical efficacy.关键词
