奥卡西平治疗60例部分性癫痫患者的疗效及对脑电活动的影响OA
Study on the efficacy of oxcarbazepine on 60 patients with newly diagnosed partial epilepsy and its effects on the electrical activities of the brain
目的：观察对奥卡西平（OXC ）治疗部分性癫痫患者的临床疗效及其对脑电活动的影响。方法选取60例部分性癫痫患者为研究对象，应用OXC单药治疗，对治疗第1、第6和第12个月时的临床疗效和对脑电活动的影响进行观察和分析。结果治疗1个月后，SPS、CPS、PS-GTCS等3种发作类型的临床有效率分别88.9％、86.7％和88.8％，差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；治疗第1、6、12个月临床有效率分别为88.3％、85％和83.3％，差异无统计学…查看全部>>
