摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficaey of clopidogrel combined with urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction and their effect on neurological deficits and hemorheology. Methods One hundred and two elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group , and 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel while the observation group was given urinary kal-lidinogenase and clopidogrel. The clinical efficacy ,recovery of neurological function and blood rheology changes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment ,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16% ,and was sig-nificantly better than 78.43% of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of he-modynamics before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment ,each index of the observation group changed more obviously than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Nerve functional impairment score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of clopidogrel and urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction has significant effect ,and it can effectively promote the recovery of neurological func-tion ,has less impact on blood rheology ,and should be widely applied in clinics.关键词
