摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and study the application value of propofol on the operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fify-two operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2010 to July 2013 were selected as research objects ,and were randomly divided into control group (midazolam group)26 cases and observation group(propofol group)26 cases ,then the cerebral oxygen metabolism indices during the perioperative period and adverse reaction rates during the operation and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The cerebral oxygen metabolism indices of observation group during the operation and at different time after the operation were all better than those of control group ,adverse reaction rates during the operation and after the operation were respectively lower than those of control group too ,all P<0.05 ,there were all significant differences between those comparative indices of two groups. Conclusion The application value of propofol on the operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is higher ,and it has better cerebral protective effect for the patients.关键词
