Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods Fifty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal gan-glia in our hospital from September 2010 to August 2013 were randomly divided into control group (conventional conservative treatment group)with 25 cases and observation group(minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma group )with 25 ca-ses ,then the complication rate ,treatment effect of nerve function and Barthel indexes before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The complication rate and treatment effect of nerve function of observation group were both better than those of control group ,Barthel indexes after the treatment were significantly better than those of control group after the treatment ,all P<0.05 ,the evaluation results of two groups after the treatment all had significant differences. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage in basal ganglia is better than that of conservative treatment ,and the control of complications and improvement of viability are relatively better ,too.关键词
