经颅多普勒超声声学造影在神经科常见疾病中的病因诊断价值
Clinical values of cTCD in etiological diagnosis for common neurological disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of con-trast transcranial Doppler (cTCD ) in etiology diagnosis for the common neurological disease or syndromes. Methods The subjects were consisted of 237 hospitalized or clinic patients and 41 health volunteers ,which consecutively enrolled in neurology department from March 2013 to October 2013 ,the first affiliated hospital of xi'an Jiaotong university.The cTCD examination results and final diagnosis of all subjects were retrospectively ana-lyzed among different groups. Results The cTCD examination positive means there exists right -to -left shunt or PFO in heart. The positive rate was 52% in migraine group ,50% in syncope group ,40% in TIA group ,32% in dizziness group and 29% in cerebral infarction group ,respectively.The positive rate in migraine and syncope group was significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01 ,P<0.05). Conclusion cTCD positive rate is considerably high and to imply potential etiol-ogy in migraine and syncope patients. Therefore ,cTCD test could be recommended as a routine screening test for common neu-rological syndrome or disorders.关键词
