脑卒中患者继发性癫痫发作与病变性质的关系探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relations between secondary seizures and lesions of stroke patients. Methods The clinical data of 100 stroke patients who had been treated in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results Among the 100 cases of stroke patients ,secondary seizures occurred in eight cases ,the total incidence rate was 8%. The first secondary seizures incidence rate of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage was significantly higher than that of patients with cerebral infarction ,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The difference of incidence rates of earlier or later secondary seizures in patients with various types of stroke were not statistically significant (P>0.05);The difference of incidence rates of recurrent seizures in patients with various types of stroke were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage have the highest incidence rate of secondary seizures ,which of the patients with cerebral infarction is the lowest.关键词
